We have been closely monitoring the complex and rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We would like to extend a special thank you to the local, state and federal agencies, as well as health officials who work diligently to contain the virus. We are following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure that we are making consistent decisions about our activities and our operations.

We want to provide an update on the state of our operations, our supply chain, how we are addressing your safety, that of our associates and the communities in which we live and work.

  • Office and warehouse cleanliness will remain a priority. Now more than ever, associates are focused on maintaining hygiene and implementing sanitization protocols recommended by the CDC. We are focused on disinfecting high-touch surface areas regularly.
  • Our retail shopping locations are currently open to serve your needs and those of our community. If you have any questions regarding your projects or availability of products, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Quad City Safety. This is clearly a dynamic situation so we will work to communicate in a timely fashion and provide you with alternative solutions for your projects when necessary.
  • There are certainly challenges and disruptions in the supply chain from our suppliers but we are having daily conversations to best source products, and solutions to keep you and your employees safe on the job.
  • Quad City Safety has always been honored to provide world-class services to industry professionals coast-to-coast. Right now, the CDC is recommending social distancing. We encourage customers to continue to use our online services where possible. Our greatest responsibility is ensuring every Quad City Safety associate returns home as good or better than when they came to work. We are educating all our associates on COVID-19 symptoms and preventive measures. We remain flexible and recommend that any associate who is not feeling well stay at home.

While this is a fast-moving situation, we are confident we are making choices consistent with maintaining your trust and our values. Our highest priority remains the health and safety of our customers, associates, and communities, and we are committed to providing updates as we learn more.

Thank you for your continued support of our company.
